Performance and features:
1. The machine has a simple overall structure, with both the power system and packaging system being entirely new open structures, facilitating adjustment and maintenance; the machine is compact in size, occupying a small area, making it easy to lay out, operate, and maintain; the machine has a robust structure, with minimal vibration during operation, resulting in stable packaging performance.
2.The membrane slitting and dotted line cutting blades adopt a spring-loaded rotating blade method, powered by a servo motor. They do not operate when there is no material, thus improving the service life of the blades.
3.It adopts a four-station servo turntable packaging structure, which is easy to adjust, has a wide range of packaging specifications, and produces square and beautiful packaging results.
4.The human-machine interface is friendly. After inputting the relevant packaging parameters, the initial position is automatically calculated and the relevant setting parameters can be saved to facilitate specification replacement and reduce replacement time.
5. The central feeding and discharging system is integrated, and a motor is installed at the bottom for easier adjustment;
6. Anti-empty package function: Increase the number of material handling unit levels and auxiliary photoelectric eye tracking before feeding to avoid continuous or multiple package feeding and feeding with paper too long or too short, thus improving the quality of product packaging; the feeding conveyor mechanism cannot allow unqualified tissues to pass through and cannot remove the packaging film, and the empty package cannot be filmed, thus maximizing the saving of packaging materials;

Answer: It depends. For kitchen towel and household tissue, the crafts and materials are different, (the patten engraving depth is different), so patten embossing unit needs different ones.
