1. Control System: Utilizes a motion controller paired with servo motors, offering a user-friendly interface, simple operation, high-precision positioning, and smooth running performance.
2. Power Margin: All drive power ratings (drives/inverters) are specified 20% higher than the rated power of the driving motors to ensure reliability.

6. Bag Handling: Features automatic and accurate bag feeding. The machine triggers an alarm or auto-stops if a bag is missing.
7. Overload Protection: The mechanical structure includes overload protection. Upon manual resetting of the overload mechanism, a push-button reset will automatically re-home the servo system (slow return to origin) to restore the phase sequence.
8. Sealing Technology: Employs a proprietary constant-temperature sealing control method to guarantee flat, perfect seals.
9. Sensors: Photoelectric sensors are supplied by Omron or SICK, ensuring high stability in detection.
10. Bag Magazine: Equipped with two pre-made bag magazines (primary + standby). Each magazine holds up to 400 bags, allowing non-stop operation. The system auto-alarms and switches to the standby magazine when the primary is empty.
11. HMI Control: Cylinder actions, suction operations, and heating circuits can be independently set to Manual or Automatic modes via the Touch Screen (HMI).
12. Pneumatic System: Features a standalone main air reservoir. The main supply line uses φ12mm piping. When the machine is in normal stop mode, all blow-off mechanisms shut down automatically. The machine cannot start if the air pressure is insufficient.
13. Bag Opening: Combines a high-volume blower with a high-power, high-flow fan to ensure accurate bag presentation and a high success rate for bag opening and forming.

Q1: Can the same production line produce different tissues
Answer: It depends. For kitchen towel and household tissue, the crafts and materials are different, (the patten engraving depth is different), so patten embossing unit needs different ones.
