Acceptance terms

1.Run at 50-100 cuts/min for 4 hours for production test (to be determined by both parties according to the actual situation).

2.During the acceptance process, no large mechanical faults, small problems not more than 2 times.

3.During the acceptance process, each component must operate reliably, and the operating component must have a normal temperature.

4.The incision is flat and there are no obvious uneven cutting

5.The middle part of the deviation of slitting length shall not exceed plus or minus 0.5mm,The head and tail shall not exceed plus or minus 1mm based on the middle set size(Except for the folding problem of the demander's product）

6.During the equipment acceptance, both parties shall agree on the acceptance size and effective methods for the product quality. Specific test data statistics are judged according to the average accounting method, and the qualified rate reaches more than 98%.
