This device is used for stacking sanitary napkins, connecting with automatic boxing machines to complete E1/E2/F1/F2 box loading modes, adopting full servo transmission and PLC control system. The product comes out from the production line, conveyed to the stacking position by conveyor belt to complete single pack stacking and push into the boxing machine.

4.The equipment mechanical structure has overload protection and shut-off function. In case of overload protection, after manual reset of the overload mechanism, the button reset can automatically restore the servo control system phase;

5.Safety control, the equipment stops immediately after pressing the “emergency stop” button.

6.Planetary gearbox, servo motor high temperature and overload alarm and protection, each independently controlled.

7.Flat belts, synchronous belts using Habasit/Gates, or equivalent brands;

9.Equipment safety: Front and rear safety doors are equipped with door handles (magnetic or latch fixed), easy to open. Safety door switch on the operating side, device alarms and immediately stops when opened;

10.Control lines should use multi-core *1.5mm2 and above cable, signal lines use jointless multi-core *0.75mm2 and above shielded cable, operation screen set at the same plane as the safety door on the operating side, backside electric control cabinet door opens with rotation for easy maintenance, wiring meets GB standards.
