Tissue packaging machine has been used in many fields. Some problems we should pay more attention to are as follows.
1. When arranging the transmission system of the napkin packaging machine, the selected scheme should strive for simple structure, short transmission chain, high transmission accuracy and efficiency, and easy to be equipped.
2. Make full use of the internal space of the napkin packing machine body and the support frame, and arrange the power machine of the tissue packaging machine and transmission parts inside or on the side as much as possible to reduce the profile of the machine.
3. The action of each actuator of the napkin packing machine should be coordinated when arranging the transmission parts. For example, chain transmission is often used in long-distance transmission of rotational motion, but it must be noted that the wear of the chain link may cause the phase shift between the driven sprocket and the active sprocket. If the tension sprocket is arranged on the loose edge, as a result, the phase of the driven sprocket lags behind. If the tension sprocket is arranged on the tight side, it will advance the phase of the driven sprocket. And there are tension sprockets on both the loose and tight sides of the chain. If their positions are adjusted at the same time, the wear and tear of the chain has little influence on the phase synchronization, but the structure is more complex.
4. For the convenience of debugging, the manual adjustment device of the mechanical transmission system is arranged in a position where the operator can observe the working conditions of the relevant actuator of the tissue packaging machine.
